The Hartwell Corporation wants to keep our clients up to date on new and exciting coverage endorsements. Safeco Insurance has just released a Water Seepage or Leakage Endorsement that they are offering to their Homeowner Policy Holders.
This endorsement provides some additional coverage for repeated, continuous seeps or leaks from water within plumbing systems, heating systems, air conditioning systems, household appliances, and home foundations.
Safeco is offering this coverage at 2 different levels:
$25,000 in coverage = $30 in premium
$50,000 in coverage = $50 in premium
