What is VMS?

The Hartwell Corporation is proud to offer our valued clients the Virtual Management System, an Internet-based human resource support center that allows you to organize and manage HR document information – employee benefits, insurance information,
procedures, and company policies – through a password-protected Web portal. The information will be available to employees 24 hours a day via the Internet and help streamline HR communication. In addition, the HR support center offers employers access to many standard policy and form templates which can be customized for internal use. Another valuable feature, Workers’ Compensation Online, provides access to help employers manage their Workers’ Compensation program. From what to do when an injury occurs to establishing a return to work program to OSHA compliance, our system delivers critical information when you need it most.
